New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields exited his team's Week 2 matchup with the Buffalo Bills in the fourth quarter.

According to the CBS broadcast, Jets trainers are evaluating Fields for a concussion. Bills edge rusher Joey Bosa sacked Fields on his final play before he headed to the blue medical tent on the Jets' sideline.

CBS cameras showed Fields walking back to the locker room. CBS' Tracy Wolfson added that Fields wasn't yet diagnosed with a concussion and was set to undergo further evaluation.

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported that Fields went to the locker room with an unaffiliated neurotrauma consultant, which suggests a possible concussion, he wrote.
