New York Fashion Week is back!

The event that allows some of the biggest names in fashion to show off their latest designs is just days away in the Big Apple. The latest edition will offer a glimpse into the new year, as designers reveal collections for spring/summer 2026.

February's New York Fashion Week, which focused on fall/winter 2025 fashion, was a star-studded affair. Various runway shows and other events featured appearances by Queen Latifah, Adrien Brody, Kerry Washington, Keke Palmer, Amanda Seyfried, Jodie Turner-Smith and other marquee stars. In September 2024, highlights from NYFW included a surprise appearance by Madonna at a star-studded Luar show.

USA TODAY will be attending all the biggest NYFW events and bringing you all the latest star sightings and eye-catching looks. Here's what you need to know before it all starts.

NYFW officially runs from Thursday, Sept. 11 to Tuesday, Sept. 16, though there will be a handful of events in the days leading up to the start of the Council of Fashion Designers of America calendar. Fashion week will then return to New York in early 2026.
