Authorities in Georgia are accusing a local dentist of murdering his wife and teenage daughter before he killed himself.
Johns Creek Police Department said in a news release that officers responded to the home on Glen Castle Court to conduct a welfare check, and upon entry, they discovered the bodies of James Choi, 52; Myoung Choi, 52; and the couple's 15-year-old daughter, Grace Choi.
Police did not release the exact cause of death but said the department's preliminary investigation indicates a "domestic-related murder-suicide" transpired, and James Choi is the suspect in the case.
"This tragic incident has deeply affected not only the family and neighbors, but our entire community," police chief Mark J. Mitchell said, per the release. "We extend our heartfelt condolences to those impacted and ask that the community keep them in their thoughts during this incredibly difficult time."
