The Nelamangala Rural police have arrested a gang of five for slaughtering two cows and dumped their carcass on Nelamangala-Aralasandra village Road, Kasaba hobli last week.
The accused used to sell the meat to buyers from Kerala. They bought cattle from Shivaji Nagar market and took it to a buyer at Nelamangala. However, the buyer rejected two of them because of their physical condition.
