Supreme Court allows Aadhaar use for Bihar voters, Congress hails ruling as beacon of hope for democracy.
Welcoming the Supreme Court’s direction to the Election Commission of India (ECI), allowing the use of Aadhaar for any “non-included” voter in Bihar to challenge their omission from the electoral roll under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), the Congress on Thursday called the order a “beacon of hope”.
