We’re (supposedly) due a calm weekend after this past week’s inclement weather – and we can’t think of a better way to soldier through the rainy season than with refreshing summer cocktails. This weekend, The Opposites bar has a special array of tea and coffee concoctions, Aperol is partnering on a pop-up with The St. Regis Bar – offering not just the classic Aperol spritz but also the Paper Plane – while new Peel Street venue Sugar King is bringing us the pint-sized best of Cuba.
