This weekend, Terrible Baby and Ozone host guest shifts from Asia’s award-winning bars, and La Petite Maison keeps up the summer spirit with a new menu

As August winds down, these bars are preparing to close out your summer with guest shifts from around the region. On Kowloon side, Terrible Baby is hosting Grasshopper Bar from Manila, who will bring modern blends inspired by flavours from the archipelago. Seoul favourite Alice Cheongdam is arriving at Ozone to serve whimsical concoctions at the highest bar in the city. Meanwhile, La Petite Maison hopes to extend summer just a little longer with a new drinks menu inspired by the French Riviera.

Looking to kick off the weekend with Filipino-inspired cocktails and ingredients in the heart of Kowloon? Terrible Baby is hosting Grasshopper Bar from Manila as the latter brings cocktails evoking the flavours and ingredients of the Philippines. For instance, the Sophomorph combines Ezra Brooks bourbon with mugicha syrup, lactic acid and tamarind, but the original from Grasshopper is inspired by kiniing, smoke-cured pork from the Cordilleras.
