Two persons who were cooking for a restaurant in T. Nagar suffered burns after the cooker burst on Saturday night.
City police said A. Mubarak and A. Afzal were running a mini-tiffen shop in South Usman Road. On Saturday night, both were engaged in cooking non-vegetarian dish in a pressure cooker when it suddenly burst. In the impact, Mubarak and Afzal suffered burns. The co-workers rushed them to Government Kilpauk Medical college hospital for treatment.
