A body has been found in the search for a missing 13-year-old girl who plunged into a reservoir dam in front of her father.
The teenager had been trying to take a photograph when she fell into the water at Baitings Dam, near Ripponden, on Wednesday.
West Yorkshire Police have been leading a frantic search of the reservoir, with an underwater search team deployed to scour the reservoir.
In an update this afternoon, the force announced that divers had discovered a body.
A formal identification process is yet to take place, but it is believed to be the girl’s body. Her family have been made aware.
