A British tourist has died after being found unconscious in a hotel swimming pool in Cyprus.
The 60-year-old tourist, who has not been named, was found by other swimmers at the hotel in the city of Paphos on Sunday.
They tried to provide medical aid before calling an ambulance, local media reports.
He was transferred to Paphos General Hospital, where doctors confirmed his death.
Authorities are yet to confirm the cause of death. A post-mortem examination was carried out at the Nicosia mortuary today.
