While Bathla lender 360 Capital said it had appointed agents to sell some properties, the path to recoup their losses on other loans won’t be as easy.

The private credit fund says putting more money in to help administrators of the collapsed property giant would put its investors “further away from safety”.

The corporate regulator has notified several lenders to hand over files or provide statements as it scrutinises the $3.4 billion collapse of the developer.
