Sep 8, 2026 – 12.00pmBalmain chief executive Andrew Griffin says it would unnecessarily endanger his investors to support efforts by the administrators of failed property developer Bathla, with the private credit fund taking control of the company’s projects that it was financing.Griffin’s comments come as receivers have been appointed to at least 17 Bathla projects so far, documents filed with the corporate regulator show.
