Finland has completed a 200-kilometre barrier fence along its border with Russia, ending a major security project launched after the country reassessed risks along its eastern frontier. The Finnish Border Guard announced the completion of the project on Monday at an event in Nuijamaa, near the Russian border in south-eastern Finland.
