The Lindsay Clancy murder trial ended in a mistrial Friday, after jurors announced for a third time that they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict.

The jury in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial told the judge Tuesday morning they are deadlocked, and left a Massachusetts courtroom hours later without reaching a verdict.

Jurors told the judge a second time they couldn’t reach a unanimous decision. If they come back deadlocked again, the judge could declare a mistrial.
