His brother, Tristan Tate, has also been indicted for complicity following a multi-year investigation by Romanian authorities. The former kickboxers, who hold dual US and British citizenship, are currently detained in a Miami jail following their arrest in late July. The brothers are contesting their extradition to Britain, where they are wanted on separate rape charges. Both Andrew and Tristan Tate continue to deny all allegations of wrongdoing.
