Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial have resumed deliberating whether to hold the Massachusetts woman criminally responsible for killing her three children in 2023.

To convict Lindsay Clancy of murder, prosecutors have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt she intentionally caused their deaths and is “criminally responsible.”

Over 24 hours after the judge sent the jurors back for further deliberations, the jury again said they could not reach a unanimous verdict.
