Tesla plans to launch its purpose-built Cybercab robotaxis in Austin on September 3, adding steering-wheel-free pods to its growing Texas fleet.

Tesla has registered 45 Cybercabs as autonomous vehicles with the Texas DMV. A new video shows them driving around Austin ahead of the official launch.
