The first two new Alstom electric trains have entered regular passenger service in Bulgaria, with BDZ deploying the modern multiple units on several routes from today. The trains are currently operating on the Plovdiv-Svilengrad, Plovdiv-Asenovgrad, Svilengrad-Sofia and Sofia-Pernik routes.
