A Ukrainian drone attack ignited a fire at northwestern Russia’s Baltic Sea port of Ust-Luga, a major hub for oil exports, local authorities said early Tuesday.

A Ukrainian drone attack damaged the Russian Baltic Sea port of Ust-Luga in Leningrad Oblast early on Sept. 1, regional Governor Alexander Drozdenko said.
