Anyone convicted of unlawful killing - including manslaughter - won't now be eligible for early release from jail, under changes outlined by the Prime Minister.

In a letter to Justice Secretary Alex Norris, the families said they feel victims are 'being asked to bear the consequences of the prison capacity crisis'.
