Lenskart shares fall 3% after Rs 1,313 crore block deal; Alpha Wave Ventures likely sold 1.2% stake

Lenskart Solutions shares fell 3% after Alpha Wave Ventures sold up to 2.1 crore shares, or a 1.2% stake, worth Rs 1,313 crore through a block deal. The transaction comes days after SoftBank sold a 2.6% stake worth about Rs 2,888 crore in the eyewear retailer. Spark Institutional Equities and Kotak Securities are handling the Alpha Wave transaction.
