According to exchange data, Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP held 2,12,39,111 shares, representing a 1.22% stake in Lenskart Solutions as of the quarter ended June 30, 2026.Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP plans to divest up to 20.8 million Lenskart shares, or about 1.2% of the company's existing shares, at ₹630 per share.
The transaction is entirely secondary, meaning Lenskart itself is not issuing new shares and will not receive the sale proceeds.
