Firefighting crews continued battling a large wildfire in Bulgaria's Haskovo region, where flames have spread across nearly 10,000 decares, or about 1,000 hectares, near the villages of Dinevo, Koren, Krivo Pole and Malevo. Seventeen fire brigade teams, a bulldozer and a helicopter were deployed during the operation, helping prevent the fire from reaching the nearby settlements.
