Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy was denied political clearance for his planned trip to the US because the proposed programme during the visit was not "appropriate," the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said on Friday. Reacting to it, BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan Kumar said it was an attack on Telangana pride and self respect that the CM is not allowed to visit US, and that the MEA has an obligation to explain to people of the state what it means by 'inappropriate'.
