Arewa Youth Forum Demands Probe Of N17billion Released To Nigerian Football Federation, Calls For Restructuring

The Arewa Youth Sports Forum (AYSF) has called on President Bola Tinubu to order an immediate investigation into the N17billion released by the Federal Government to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) in January 2024, while demanding a comprehensive restructuring of the federation. The group also called for an independent probe into the disbursement and utilisation of the funds, which were released for the payment of allowances and bonuses owed to national teams and to support their preparations for international engagements.
