Apple will pay $150,000 to settle an EEOC lawsuit alleging a Virginia store manager made antisemitic remarks, denied a Jewish employee’s requests for Shabbat time off and fired him after he refused to work on a Friday

Apple has agreed to settle a religious discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) last year.

Despite agreeing to the consent decree, the company denies the allegations, per court documents.
