The United States may have as many as 112,000 fewer international students enrolled in higher education this coming academic year, according to new projections that NAFSA: Association of International Educators and JB International published Tuesday.

U.S. colleges can expect to see up to 112,000 fewer international students for next year, resulting in a possible $3.4 billion in lost revenue and 40,000 fewer jobs.
