Russia’s Central Bank on Tuesday proposed allowing investors to trade Bitcoin, Ether and Tether on official Russian exchanges, establishing a regulated infrastructure for cryptocurrency trading set to take effect next month.

The Bank of Russia has also capped cryptocurrency purchases for non-qualified investors at $3,632 per year

The Bank of Russia has selected three crypto assets for trading on regulated exchanges, including Bitcoin, Ether and USDT, with public feedback open until Aug. 24.
