Bulgaria is in talks with the United States, the European Commission and Frontex over the acquisition of more effective anti-drone systems, Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev said following the crash of a Ukrainian-made decoy drone near the Romanian border. Demerdzhiev said Bulgaria currently has only a limited number of systems for detecting and countering drones, and their capabilities are also limited.
