Rep. Max Miller faces pressure to resign amid new allegations. Withdrawal from the OH-07 race by September 30 at 50.5% YES.

Republican Rep. Max Miller of Ohio is resisting pressure to exit his reelection campaign for Congress, even as anxiety over his electability is growing within his own party.

Miller has said repeatedly this week, as the scandal has spiraled, that he has no intention of stepping down.

"Given everything they are facing, I do not see how a campaign for Congress benefits any of them," the Ohio senator said.
