Embattled GOP Rep. Max Miller is facing growing calls from Senate Republicans to resign or end his reelection bid – but has so far vowed to remain in the race as he denies abuse allegations from his ex-wife.

Miller, an Ohio congressman and former Trump staffer, is in a child custody battle with his ex-wife Emily Moreno, Sen. Bernie Moreno’s, R-Ohio, daughter.

Rep. Max Miller added he and his aides would "be providing the committee all necessary documents needed for a detailed examination."

Miller said he wanted to clear his name following abuse allegations made by his ex-wife

"Given everything they are facing, I do not see how a campaign for Congress benefits any of them," the Ohio senator said.
