Aug. 4 (UPI) -- Rep. Max Miller said Tuesday that he will ask for a House Ethics Committee investigation into domestic abuse allegations against him.
Miller, R-Ohio, said in a social media post that he will file paperwork for the investigation to clear his name "from these horrific attacks on myself and family."
"I have absolutely nothing to hide," he said.
Emily Moreno, Miller's ex-wife, has said that Miller physically harmed her and their 2-year-old daughter. He has denied the accusations.
