Bulgarian authorities have dismantled a high-tech laboratory producing fentanyl during a specialized operation in Sofia, dealing what investigators believe is a major blow to the illegal distribution of the highly dangerous synthetic drug. According to initial information, the facility was capable of producing between 6 and 10 kilograms of fentanyl per day and is believed to have supplied a large part, if not all, of the country.
