Jeff Bezos and Leonardo DiCaprio have launched a $200 million conservation project to help 100 critically endangered species across 30 countries, including rare lemurs, pangolins, salamanders, tortoises and echidnas. The Phoenix Species Project will fund habitat restoration, conservation breeding, disease management and invasive-species control with support from local communities and scientists.
