Urban Company reported a Rs 92 crore net loss in Q1 FY27 despite a 44% YoY rise in revenue to Rs 528 crore, mainly due to losses from its InstaHelp business. Motilal Oswal retained its ‘Neutral rating but raised the target price to Rs 140, implying over 8% upside.

The companys total expenses surged 66.5% YoY to Rs 640 crore, while total income increased 42% YoY to Rs 566 crore during the first quarter of the ongoing financial year 2027.
