The new edition will feature previously unheard session recordings and home demos, alongside new stereo and Dolby Atmos mixes by producer Giles Martin and engineer Sam Okell. It will also include the original mono mix, the original Capitol US Album version, and the contemporary double A-side single, Day Tripper/We Can Work It Out. Described as a pivotal moment in The Beatles’ evolution, the album was recorded over four weeks in 1965, allowing the band to push beyond pop conventions. Various formats will be available, including Super Deluxe editions that come with an 88-page hardbound book featuring new writing by Paul McCartney and foreword compiled from John Lennon’s words.
