Who is eligible for Delhi Lakshmi Yojana: Delhi cabinet has approved the Delhi Lakshmi Yojana, a scheme promising Rs 2,500 per month to eligible women in the capital. Registrations begin August 1 and the government aims to release the first instalment on Raksha Bandhan, August 28. The scheme targets 17 lakh women and has a budget of Rs 5,110 crore for 2026-27.
