Cauvery water: Will not allow any project that adversely affects water sharing, says BJP TN spokesperson Narayanan Thirupathy

The BJP has assured all Cauvery basin states of strict adherence to the law. The party stands by the Union government's responsible position on the Mekedatu project. No project adversely affecting water sharing will be permitted by the CWMA. The Central government remains committed to equitable implementation of the Cauvery Award.
