President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that new Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi and acting Defence Minister Yevhenii Khmara will together have to carry out the key tasks that their predecessors also faced – "closing the skies" and making reforms in the approach to mobilisation.
