The top federal prosecutor in Seattle who was fired last week less than an hour after being sworn in is suing the government over his termination.

Roger Rogoff was fired from his role as U.S. attorney in Seattle shortly after judges on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington appointed him to the job.
