The man who allegedly set off an incendiary device outside a Manhattan federal building is due in court.

The FBI said Andrew Arrabaca “came armed with bad intentions” and is “an anti-American, anti-government extremist.”

At least two people were injured as a result of the incident, the FBI confirmed.

The FBI says an incendiary device was deployed outside a New York federal building and a person has been taken into custody. The deployment happened Monday morning.
