Alleged N179million Fraud: Court Adjourns Trial Of Former APC Senatorial Aspirant Auta To November

A former Kaduna South senatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Engr. Michael Ayuba Auta, is currently facing a four-count criminal charge over alleged fraud amounting to N179million. Engr. Auta was arraigned before Hon. Justice Chinyere E. Nwecheonwu of High Court No. 43 of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), sitting in Kuje, by the Inspector General of Police on allegations of obtaining money by false pretence.
