Every weekend in August, a central section of Sofia’s iconic yellow cobblestone boulevard will become a pedestrian-only area as part of the Sofia Municipality’s “Summer of the Cobblestones” initiative. The project will temporarily close a section of Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.
