President Donald Trump endorsed the late Sen. Lindsey Graham’s sister, Sen. Darline Graham, to run for the Republican nomination in the special primary election.

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster appointed Darline Graham as the first woman to represent South Carolina in the U.S. Senate on July 13.

Rep. Ralph Norman of South Carolina announced on Saturday he will run to replace Lindsey Graham in the Senate.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) and Rep. Russell Fry (R-SC) are considering entering the race for the high chamber.
