Delta Court Jails 16 Suspects For Drug Possession, Theft As Police Command Warns Vandals

The Delta State Police Command has recorded another successful crackdown on crimes targeting public infrastructure, following the conviction of 16 male suspects for offences ranging from conspiracy and theft of government property to malicious damage and unlawful possession of prohibited drugs. The convictions, secured at Magistrate Court 3 in Asaba, were announced by the Police Public Relations Officer of the Delta State Command, SP Bright Edafe, in a statement made available to journalists in Warri on Friday.
