ANC KZN appoints Zinhle Cele to legislature following Dr Ntuthuko Mahlaba's death

The ANC in KwaZulu-Natal has announced the deployment of Provincial Task Team member Zinhle Cele to the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature, replacing the late Dr Ntuthuko Mahlaba. The party says her experience will strengthen its legislative work as it continues its renewal programme, while noting that women now make up the majority of its provincial caucus.
