Pete Hegseth announces annual testosterone screening for US troops aged 30+, optional TRT, and a new military health plan focused on combat readiness.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth says the screening will be mandatory for soldiers above a certain age.

Hegseth said soldiers would have the option of receiving testosterone replacement therapy, if it’s recommended.

Pentagon would not offer specific conditions or diseases that were being targeted

Soldiers aged 30 and older are required to be tested annually for testosterone as part of their existing health assessment.
