A simple memorial of flowers and candles has gone up near the spot on a Maine street where Joan Sebastian Durán Guerrero’s wife fell to her knees and his 3-year-old daughter cried after he was fatally shot by an ICE officer on Monday.

Joan Sebastian Guerrero, a 26-year-old from Colombia, is at least the ninth person killed by ICE agents since President Donald Trump began his immigration crackdown.

A local advocacy group identified the victim as a 26-year-old Colombian man who was authorized to work in the United States. DHS has not yet commented on the incident.
