A fire in Noida's Mamura village claimed two lives on Wednesday. Two individuals fell ill after inhaling smoke and were hospitalised, subsequently passing away. The blaze reportedly started from an electric two-wheeler charging inside the building. This fire then spread to nearby petrol-powered two-wheelers parked on the premises. Firefighters quickly responded and evacuated most residents safely from the structure.

An FIR has been filed at the police station against the building owner under the relevant sections of law, police said in a statement. | India News
