A SaharaReporters' review of the Lagos State budget for the 2026 fiscal year has shown that a sum of N20billion is earmarked for the construction of fencing and drainage channels at the Lagos State House of Assembly's permanent legislative quarters. According to the budget document reviewed by SaharaReporters, the allocation is specifically designated for the construction of a new perimeter fence, drainage channels and the covering of gutters within the legislative quarters.
